Acceptance of Orders:
All orders take are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after
submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted with out being
confirmed, all orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and

VAT is included and is
charge only on sales to residents of the EU making personal
purchases. If a valid EU VAT number is provided at the time of
ordering, goods will be shipped to non-UK residents of the EU net of
VAT. All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged less

within the United Kingdom, deliveries would normally be made within
5-6 weeks, depending on destination and product ordered. * Home
assembly may unfortunately not be available in all areas. Please

Storage: We can store your
order for free with our forwarders for 7 days after a storage fee or
£ 20/m3 per week will be added to your invoice.
Damage in Transit: After
leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against
loss and damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all
relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made
against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel,
note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package
to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a
package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign
for it as "unable to inspect goods on delivery or similar to warn
the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a
value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the
delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must
be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

collection of beds carry a factory warrenty of 2 years against faulty
workmanship and/or faulty materials, for retail sales we extend the
warrenty to 10 years on the mechanism if installed by one of our
technicians. (conditions apply).
The guarentee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect,
misuse or abuse of your goods it does also not cover loss or damage
due to unreasonable exposure of any kind. In the event of a

We will repair faulty
goods free of charge, if for some reason a repair is not possible
you will be offered a replacement, we will only make a refund if a

Return policies vary depending on product. For non custom made
goods, we accept returns within seven days after you have been
taking delivery or your order,..
Goods must be returned at
the customers expense in its original packing and in an unused
condition to the original point of dispatch, on request this can be
arranged by us.
Refunds would be arranged within 30days after
we have received the goods, lesrs insurance, freight costs, and
subject to inspection as to their suitability for resale.
Upholstered or fitted
furniture where you have specified a particular fabric or colour are
always custom made orders and can generally not be returned
(wardrobes and wall beds are always custom made to your
specifiactoins). Customers based outside the
EU will also be responsible for any custom charges that might be

Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to
dispatch. If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to
